260ft with one primary customer and 3 contributing neighbors. Our customer wanted their curb facing sections and gates to Pop from the street. We delivered. This particular customer is a woodworker, and wants to add his own design and flare to the gates. We left them set up for the task.

We gave this old deck the love and attention it needed. We didn’t get before pics, but it was in rough shape. We replaced the handrail with penofin stained redwood with metal balusters. We replaced and repaired any rot, and laid 2 coats of solid body super deck stain on the decking, fascia, and stairs. This deck has a whole new life to live!!! Happy customers!!

5ft tall 3-Rail Cedar and wire mesh fence. We incorporated a double gate for vehicle access to the backyard, along with a custom front curb facing gate section with heavier duty hog wire panels. This style made the yard safe for pets while keeping the open feel and views intact. Bullseye! Happy Campers.

We had some fun problem solving on this side yard to front yard privacy fence. Followed FoCo code but kept it looking great from the curb. The fall weather was cooperative, and the installation flowed nicely. Oct ‘22 Rossborough park neighborhood.

This deck had good bones, but needed some love. We tore off all the old treated lumber decking. We beefed up the framing from 24in on center to 12in. Boxed out the ends and center for a picture frame style, taped all the framing for longevity, and laid all new cedar decking. We also installed a black steel RDI railing and painted all the framing to match. We also built in a hatch for easy access to the hose spigot. What do you think? Happy customers is always the main objective. Mission accomplished on this one, per usual.

This customer’s FoCo home needed some siding replacement and an exterior paint job. They decided to give it a facelift with a 50’s diner theme while we were at it. We primed and painted all the brick, the whole exterior white body and light grey trim, pink door, turquoise address, new light fixtures, and a few other minor repairs. Looking sharp! Happy customers!

This full backyard cedar and wire mesh fence allowed the customer to let their dogs out without worrying about them wandering, but left an open spacious feel, and their views intact.

We built this little treated lumber dog run with top cap at an Airbnb in Three Oaks MI over the weekend. It turns out the Gemini service area stretches over 1000 miles ;).

We installed this Ameristar Steel Ornamental fence with custom welded archway and gate around the pollinator garden at the administration building for the old town library. We worked in collaboration with on this one, and couldn’t be happier with the turnout!
