Fire danger in our area is at an all-time high and fire codes are constantly evolving to adapt to the risk. Considering these code requirements when planning your project will save frustration and potential budget-busting surprises. A project that adds 400 sq ft in the form of an addition or deck, will require that you hire an approved Arborist for fire mitigation on your entire property. Knowing the expense of these requirements during the planning phase will help keep your project out of the red before it starts!

How long should a kitchen remodel take?

Because every kitchen is different, construction schedules can vary wildly. A simple pull and replace kitchen can take as little as 3 weeks, while the most complex kitchens can take up to 6 months to complete. Labor availability, supply chain delays, and many other factors can easily turn a 3-week project into 3 months if not properly planned. We recommend starting the planning process 6 months before your desired build schedule. Half Planned is Half Built!
