Some views are worth building a whole exterior around.

This deck is a full exterior rebuild: new stone, new stucco, fresh paint, a pool, fireplaces, and a second level that looks straight out over the fairway. Every piece is there to get you outside and keep you there.

We’re a design build firm in Northern Colorado, and the outside gets the same attention as the inside. If you’re thinking about your own exterior, send us a note today.

Which room stops you first?

That’s the question we keep asking ourselves about River Bluffs. It was a whole-home renovation, and not one wall got touched without a reason. Here’s the recap, from the great room to the details you only find with your hand.

Pick your favorite and tell us why. We read every comment, and the answers change what we show next.

More from this one coming. If you’re thinking about a project of your own, send us a note. A first conversation, no bid pressure.

A closer look inside one of our latest projects.

Join Alli, owner and principal designer at Hutch Design Build, as she walks us through this beautifully designed kitchen.

We’re honored to have received recognition at this year’s Parade of Homes, a celebration of the craftsmanship, thoughtful details, and dedication that go into every home we create.

Beautiful homes. Thoughtfully built.

Three awards. One very good night.

Last night the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association announced the 2026 Parade of Homes awards, and our remodel took home three: the Golden Key Award for Remodel, Best Kitchen, and Best Bedroom & Bathroom.

Awards like these aren’t really about us. They’re about the tradespeople who showed up on-site every day, our designers who got the details right the first time, and homeowners who trusted us with a house they already loved - then opened their front door to the public for an entire weekend.

Thank you to everyone who walked through during Parade weekend. This one belongs to the whole crew.

A doorway needed to be three feet wide. We made sure nobody would ever guess why.

The easy version of that brief is a hallway that reads like a hospital corridor. We didn’t want the easy version. So the opening became a full pocket door, no threshold to catch anything, a straight sightline into a primary bath that just happens to be gorgeous - warm oak console, soft teal cabinetry, good light at the end of the hall.

Wide doesn’t have to mean institutional. It can just mean generous.

The best accessible design is the kind you never clock as accessible.

If you’re planning a renovation where function and beauty both have to win, send us a note - a first conversation, no bid pressure.

Great week spent in Wisconsin with 14 other builders and friends! Excited to take what we’ve learned and bring it back to our companies and clients!

The house is quiet again.

Thank you to everyone who walked through River Bluffs during Parade of Homes in Fort Collins last weekend. We were open the first weekend only, it was full, and the conversations that happened in that kitchen were the best part of the whole build.

If you couldn’t make it, we’re not going to leave you with a highlight reel. Over the next few weeks we’re taking you behind the scenes on this one. What the house was before. That it’s a whole home renovation and not a new build. The decisions that didn’t make the tour.

A tour shows you the house. It doesn’t show you the decisions.

If you came through and you’re thinking about your own project, send us a note. A first conversation, no bid pressure.

Final day ever. Come feel the transformation for yourself.

We’ve loved welcoming so many of you into our Parade of Homes space this weekend and today is your last chance.

Join us from 10 AM-5 PM to feel the craftsmanship, see the details up close, and get inspired by what’s possible right here in Northern Colorado.

Come walk through and meet our team. Your next chapter just might start with an idea from today.

Day two. We are here until five.

River Bluffs is a whole home renovation on a Parade route mostly made of new builds. The house was already standing. What changed is how it works, room by room, plus the two additions that made the rest of it make sense.

Eleven seconds is a trailer, not the house. What the video will not give you is the ceiling when you step into the great room, how quiet the lower level actually is, or the light on that deck at the end of the day.

You can scroll a renovation. You can only feel true craftsmanship.

Two days left. 10 to 5, and we are here all day. Come find us and ask the hard questions.

Doors open tomorrow at ten.

River Bluffs is on the Northern Colorado Parade of Homes this weekend, first weekend only.

Come find the things a photo cannot carry. The weight of a door. How the light crosses the great room at eleven in the morning versus four in the afternoon. The pulls you will put your hand on before you notice them.

We will be there all three days. Come say hello, ask the questions, tell us what you you love.

If you have been sitting on a whole home renovation, walking one is worth more than a hundred saved photos.

September 11 to 13. 10 to 5 daily.
