Disconnect all outside water hoses prior to freezing temps. It will cause your hose bib fau et to freeze and crack. It may not crack on the other end of the valve and therefore leak water continually but it will freeze on the outside side of the valve on a no freeze bib and therefore when you turn your hose on in the Spring it will fill the wall of your house full of water.

Our Story

Hi! I’m Derek Pfeifer. I have lived a wonderful life! I build things!

Trish and I have been in full time ministry for over 30 years. When I felt too old and too tired, I decided to search out another career. My grandad was a carpenter of 65 years and my great grandad a stone mason. My grandad let me build anything I wanted as a little boy. He taught me so much. I even got to remodel some rent houses with he and my dad when I was in college! So when I got ready to change careers, I went back to my roots! Trish and I have education backgrounds in Art and my family has always been a help in my work. We live on a small hobby farm in Fort Gibson, OK. We believe in Integrity, Hand Holding, and Craftsmanship! We are a custom design/build company. Let’s start a conversation!
