ATTENTION! INFOMEDIA CUSTOMERS: We are getting numerous calls from customers in the power outage areas about their alarms beeping. This is due to the fact that the system has lost power and has been running on battery power. Unfortunately, the power outage has lasted so long that the batteries are draining. This is what is causing the beeping noise. Once power is restored, your system will recharge. In the mean time, you can stop the beeping by opening the alarm panel box and pulling the battery wires. Our office is currently underwater, and my wife and I are currently displaced from our home due to the threat of flood waters. However, we have technicians on both sides of the river and will be doing our best to answer service calls ASAP! Thank you for your understanding during this critical event. Be safe!
