In Teton Valley, the most defining feature of Wilder Ranch is not what is being added, but what is being preserved.

Across 3,250 acres, the community is planned around just 30 ranches, allowing the land itself to remain the dominant experience. Native vegetation, open pasture, wooded terrain and long views shape a setting centered on privacy, stewardship and a deeper connection to place.

EDSA’s planning approach protects more than 80% of the existing landscape while introducing trails, equestrian amenities and gathering spaces with a deliberately light touch. Stay tuned for project progress!
