Some site photos taken this week from the Aqua Grand Cayman project on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman Island which was completed in 2024.

EcoPlan was responsible for the site planning and landscape architectural design including landscape, hardscape, grading, lighting, irrigation and pool design.

In addition to Aqua, EcoPlan is currently working on 4 condominium / hotel projects on Grand Cayman Island.

Oceanfront swimming pool with stone deck at the Balinese Village on Balesin Island. Located off the east coast of Luzon in the Philippines, Balesin Island Club is a 500 hectare (1,235 acre) tropical island paradise that was master planned by EcoPlan.

Anya Resort Tagaytay
Tagaytay, Philippines

Anya Resort Tagaytay is a luxury boutique resort located 90 minutes south of Metro Manila. The resort is one of only two members of the Small Luxury Resorts of the World in the Philippines. The 64 room property with 3 restaurants opened in 2017 and is managed by AHG hospitality management group.

In addition to the master planning of the resort EcoPlan was responsible for the detailed site design of all exterior elements including landscape, hardscape, swimming pools, waterfeatures and lighting.

Time for an EcoPlan . Here is an early site plan produced by EcoPlan for the clubhouse area at Frederica Golf Club on St. Simons Island, Georgia. The golf club is part of a 1,700 acre luxury residential community on St. Simons Island, Georgia that was master planned by EcoPlan. Amenities within the community include and 18-hole championship golf course, boathouse, tennis & fitness center, clubhouses, an equestrian center, walking trails, man-made lakes and a federally protected nesting area for wood storks.

It's Thursday and time for a . Today we are sharing a computer rendering done by EcoPlan for an oceanfront resort project in Asia. The resort with gorgeous views of the South China Sea sets the tone from the moment of arrival at the open-air lobby. The 15 hectare (37 acre) project contained a five-star hotel, luxury condominium units and private villas all with direct ocean views. Several multi-level water features and infinity pools link the lobby to the beachfront. Other features within the site include outdoor dining areas, private cabanas, mixed use event lawns and lush landscape gardens.

⁣The Aqua luxury condominium consists of just ten residences starting at 3,850 sf in size, each occupying an entire floor of the building. All units will have unobstructed views of the Caribbean. A sleek and modern infinity pool designed by EcoPlan will overlook the sea.
