After pictures of my last exterior paint job took a little longer than expected because of the weather we've been having but turned out great and after the drywall is installed I'm doing the interior also.

This is the second house like this that I have worked on and the hardest prep that I have ever had to do. All the vertical boards need to be caulked and painting is a completely different story. It takes a lot of paint and it needs to be sprayed from at least five different angles to get good coverage, and not to mention the roof which is challenging to say the least but it's coming along nicely and we should be done in a couple days.

Here's one that is a complete remodel from the floor up. Fire damage,water damage, it's a rental and had more damage than anything I have ever seen. Gutted most of the basement and made a nice master bedroom and master closet. Hvac had to be rerouted and most of the plumbing was shot. All cabinets and vanities replaced, all floors and doors and door casings, lights and all electrical outlets changed out, wired new lights in the bedrooms that were nonexistent, put in a nice security system, did a lot of drywall and it's now on the market for rent.

Before and after. Drywall, epoxy floor coating, replacement and added led lighting and electrical, ran garage door wiring through attic, replaced 2 man doors, moved and leveled gun safe, painted complete, and replaced all exterior lighting.
