Kitchen update using Milesi 2K Poly from the outer cabinets were painted sw 7005 Pure White and the island was sw 0032 Needlepoint Navy. We also removed the center wood panel and installed clear glass and we installed the decorative trim on the island. Thanks to for selecting the colors!

Funny side note, this was done in a 55+ community and the neighbors thought our mobile spray booth was a bounce house for the new homeowners

Amazing transformation on an already beautiful house. We used Masonry Flat for the brick in Bianco White, the stucco was primed with BioGrip Micro Primer then top coated with the Masonry Flat as well. The fascia trim was painted with All Surface Enamel in Tricorn black to match the new gutters.

The team did an amazing job with this limewash project. We faced many challenges along the way (see the last picture for the fun) that made this one a little tricky, but as always we put our heads together and made a game plan to deliver the finish our client wanted.

Want more details of the fun we had??? When doing the distressing part the process, the limewash was immediately washing off of the mortar and sticking just to the bricks. This simply created white bricks with gray mortar lines, needless to say this was not the look we wanted. Solution, we painted the mortar lines first, yes every painstaking mortar line was cut in with a small brush then we gave it a few days to dry. Once we started back with the normal process the limewash stayed on the mortar lines allowing us to create the finish.

Spent more time on this sandcastle than the rest of my life combined. Is it because I'm getting older and have more patience to do it? Or is it because our work has become more detail oriented and this is just what we do? Or is it because it was for my daughters to enjoy?
