During the renovation, we removed the tile floor that had been installed over linoleum and took down the tub surround walls, only to discover that the previous contractor had taken a cost-saving measure by laying new tiles over the existing ones. Following the removal, we are now awaiting the installation of the new tub by licensed plumbers. Subsequently, we will proceed with installing Durarock and tile, as well as new laminate flooring in this area and throughout most of the house. Stay tuned for the final results!

Another beautiful floor installed! We took up the old laminate and replaced it with an 8 inch by 6 foot plank of Shaw laminate. It came out very nice. Also, we went with a different style of “quarter round” – it’s a door stop 🤫. Ask us about it in your next consultation.
