Introducing our latest project — a new-construction coastal escape set on a corner lot with water on two sides and a subtle Polynesian influence woven throughout.

Designed in close collaboration with Windward Construction, this home features thoughtful architectural moments, including a sculptural staircase, woven ceiling details, and a stone-wrapped fireplace anchoring the main living area. The Lunada Bay tile in the wet bar adds beautiful texture and movement, while the natural blue wallpaper in the changing suite creates a calm, refined escape.

Designing this Cape Coral new build alongside Windward Construction was such a rewarding collaboration. Every element was thoughtfully curated to reflect the homeowners’ relaxed coastal lifestyle — blending Polynesian-inspired warmth with the refined ease of Southwest Florida living.

Cape Coral’s newest coastal gem—where moody meets airy and neutral never means boring. This transitional dream home blends clean lines with soulful textures, bold contrasts, and that signature Florida glow. From the sculptural staircase to the statement kitchen, every space tells a story.

Modern coastal comfort, layered with personality and purpose.

We embarked on this design journey to create a new home for our clients who are seasoned travelers, this entertainment wall combines organic textures, global treasures, and intentional function. We used natural stone, wood slats, and eco-conscious lime wash to create a grounded yet elevated backdrop—balanced in both form and feeling.

Each shelf tells a story. Every detail, thoughtfully considered.

It was a joy to partner with Windward Construction and their incredible trades to bring this home to life—a true team effort rooted in creativity, craftsmanship, and care.
