POV: you go outside for “just a minute” and come back with NINE caterpillars 🐛😂
Found 7 by my pond, rescued their milkweed, then somehow came back with 2 more… because obviously.
It’s 55° and the geckos are plotting, so now we’ve got a full-on butterfly nursery inside 🦋
Monarch season is officially back… and the Butterfly Oasis kits might be too 👀✨

Woke up to banging this morning… thought Ziggy the desert dragon 🐉 was glass surfing.

Nope.

It was Jade 🐢 Knocking on the front door. 🐢🚪

She has a whole pond and still wants inside. The audacity.

Everyone’s supervised, floors are mopped, is protected, and I apparently own a turtle alarm clock.

Back to work. 😂

Coffee by the pond with Jade 🐢 and MAX the Deerhead Chihuahua, surveying the garden, listening to what needs love next 🌱 My Cattaleya orchids keep poppin out like they’re on a mission, and I’m feeling wildly grateful for these new gifts!! 💝 Roxie Rose dropped off five potential terrariums that I already know are about to become something special. Thank you! 😍

Meet my leafy new squad from SUNSHINE GREENS. Vibing in their fresh soil. 🌿✨ I mixed up a little magic: 40% potting soil, 25% orchid bark, 15% perlite, 10% vermiculite, and 10% charcoal—so basically, the ultimate root-friendly party mix. (Starter plants)

From left to right, we’ve got the Philodendron White Princess, the Pink Forest Flame Fittonia, the Alternanthera Party Time, the Syngonium Milk Confetti sprinkling some dreamy speckles, and the Calocasia Redemption. Plus got a free monstera as a gift! (I was hoping fot a variegated but you get what you get!) hehe

1 more plant baby is still en route from the plant plug, a philodendron melanochrysum! I ordered these on an online plant sale Nov 3rd, they finally arrived!
