Principia Community of Fort Myers, FL

Principia is a highly desirable, un-gated community of all ages consisting of about 300 homes. The Principia community is lead by a volunteer board, along with block captains that represent each street, which strive to ensure our residents have a pleasant and peaceful place to live. The volunteers organize annual events, oversee and maintain the public spaces/landscape. This page is a way

to share what is happening in and around our community. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your block captain or a member of the board. In addition, the volunteer board and block captains conduct an annual dues collection. The annual $50 due’s are voluntary and go towards the upkeep and maintenance/repairs of the community including the pond, landscaping, street lights and newsletter. Principia is no longer a deed-restricted community in the traditional sense, however we follow the Lee County Code Enforcement and work to educate the community on such and encourage our residents to adhere to these as well. We invite owners, renters as well as those who may be considering joining our community to share your thoughts, interests and questions about where you live.
