Looking for a Superintendent.
Qualifications:
✅Must have an understanding of construction means and methods as well as a basic knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.
✅ Ability to work with sub contractors as well as source materials and labor.
✅Truck would be preferred though not required.
Spanish speaker would be preferred though not required.
✅Clean criminal record and driving record are required.
Duties:
✅Office will be in Palm City and other jobs will be predominately between Palm Beach and Martin County.
✅ Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections and ensure compliance.
✅Monitor work quality, inspect materials and ensure adherence to plan.
✅Maintain project records, prepare reports and provide updates.
