Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled House Painter with 2-3 years of experience who is proficient in delivering high-quality paint jobs with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, especially in cutting straight lines, and a strong work ethic. If you are coachable, have great character, and are looking to perfect your craft within a collaborative team environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting including filling cracks, small holes and fixing joints.
- Apply paint, varnishes, and sealants for a finished look.
- Perform precision tasks such as cutting in corners and trim.
- Ensure that all projects are completed to meet our high standards of quality.
- Work with other team members to optimize painting methods and techniques through on-site training and collaboration.
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide outstanding customer service that makes our clients feel like they’re part of the family.

Qualifications:

-The #1 quality we are looking for is someone who TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK! We can train the right person if experience is lacking.
- 2-3 years of professional house painting experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to cut a straight line and perform detailed painting work.
- Strong professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit.

Eddie and Susan Townley have created something special at Be The Light Boutique, and their store is an awesome part of the ongoing downtown revitalization in Fort Scott. We were honored to contribute to their transformation of this incredible old building.

Thank You to Larry and Deb Martin, and G&M Cattle Company for allowing us to be a part of this AWESOME project. This is truly one of our favorite projects of all time. A prominent landmark completely transformed, shaping the way people see our community as they drive into town from the west. To say we are proud to be a part of this is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Amazing!

Kitchen Cabinets
Before… and After!
New doors and drawer fronts built by BarRose Custom Wood Designs- Nick Barrows. He did an amazing job.
We completely stripped and refinished the built-in boxes, then prepped, primed and painted everything.
The result is breathtaking. Our client is incredibly pleased.
Thanks to the Mooneyhans for allowing us to be a part of this project! Their satisfaction with the end result means the world to us.
