KNOW THIS !!! WATER WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE most of the time a lot more than FIRE !!!!

A water leak / drip and a spray will also cause more damage than a STRAIGHT BUSTED / BROKEN pipe
WHY / HOW ? Because we often DO NOT KNOW until we see material ( ceilings , flooring , walls ) are wet and damaged !! By then it’s too late to save , IT IS THEN YOU PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE HOME & PREVENT FUTHER DAMAGE !!!!!
