Another quality job for a returning customer. I believe this is the 8th job we’ve done for them and we are beyond grateful they keep calling us to take care of their projects. This time they called to redo the screened patio. We came in and tore out all of the screens, installed a 17in kick-plate, primed and painted all the aluminum, install new hardware for the door, and installed new screen. Another quality job by Danny Owens Custruction LLC. Customer called about a leak in her chimney from holes in the old mortar. She wanted us to tuck point everything to seal up the chimney. Our customer relationships have been the pride and joy of our business. Returning customer called and asked if we could build him another dock on his property that looked identical to the one we built him 2 years ago. Of course we can and would love to. We came in and built him a 400 sq ft dock with a 60 sq ft floating swim platform. The main run of the dock is 4ft x 24ft to a 10ft x 16ft pad with a 9ft x 16ft T-pad. Another beautiful deck built by Danny Owens Construction LLC. Customer called and wanted to give their old wooden deck a facelift. We came in and demoed everything and built back new with composite decking and stainless steel cable railings. This is a 2 part deck with thier neighbors that join together at the bottom deck to the dock.
