New deck for momma!! We were supposed to just be adding to it... then had to undo some shotty work on the existing. Lacking so much structural support I repaired and corrected the frame and gave it an even cleaner professional finished look on the surface as it was intended to have.

I like odd jobs like these because you never know what future ideas they might inspire. Cat hole for the cats to go from...

A little rearranging of the kitchen. Shifted a few cabinets to the wall removing the peninsula making the kitchen bigger. The flooring was installed around the cabinets and no longer exists so they improvised and we made it happen with tile a similar color. Ran more pvc under the foundation to keep the same cook top and vent set up. Extended the backsplash down the wall. (Quartz countertop installed by Granite Gallery)

Some popcorn removal. Walls were in pretty bad shape and primed over so plenty floating around the walls. No texture so ...

Some popcorn removal. Walls were in pretty bad shape and primed over so plenty floating around the walls. No texture so I skimmed all surfaces and buffed smooth, then primed for an even quality finish on this new paint job. Also installed their new ceiling fan.

The shower door came in finally after a couple delays with the delivery. Now their new walk-in shower is complete!

BACKSPLASH! A couple backsplashes I completed for momma (white cabinets) and her neighbor (dark cabinets). Glass mosaic tile on both. Schluter trim out on the 2nd backsplash.
