Here is a really cool semi-privacy wall that we finished today. This homeowner saw another privacy wall that we installed last summer, the issue was that he wanted it to be 7ft tall, but the pre-manufactured options stop at 6ft tall. So, we fabricated 7ft steel posts, painted them with matte black paint , framed it all with Owens Corning lumber and custom built the sections with TimberTech English walnut decking. We used matching fascia for the trim and cortex plugs to hide all the fasteners. We're very happy with how this one turned out! Give us a call for your free quote at 260.755.8467.

Here is a small railing project that we wrapped up today. This one was a little different, as it had a tile overlay that changed the dimensions of a typical step. So, we came up with this design. This bumped the rear posts back a bit, so that we could anchor into the concrete and not the tile on the face of the step. After that, we coated it with red oxide primer and a few coats of dark oil rubbed bronze paint. We think it turned out great! Give us a call for your free quote! 260.755.8467.

This homeowner had a few gate operators that were no longer working correctly. They would open at random times in the day, if they even opened at all, and he wanted video and app access on his keypad. After having a few companies out to try to diagnose the issue ,with no luck, he gave us a call, thinking he'd need a full entry system replacement. We came in and found a ton of different wiring issues within the main operator and the transformer box, as well as a short in the 7 day timer. Once we fixed all of those issues, we wired in an XRE-100 relay extender and programmed a long range remote (1/2 mile range). After that, we replaced the old telephone intercom system with a new Ascent R-1 cellular intercom system, with HD video/night vision. This keypad also has a built-in sim card, with auto network selection, that scans for, and connects to, the strongest available 4g LTE network in the area. It was a super hot few days ,but this is a really cool detached screened pavilion that we wrapped up for a return customer yesterday! This one was originally going to just have screening from the top to below the knee wall, but the homeowners came up with this really cool cross buck style design,about halfway through the build, and we think it completes the entire structure! We wrapped up another INSL24 install today! This one has a BD brand exit loop, liftmaster detector, liftmaster monitored safety edge and a KPW250 wireless keypad (capable of holding 250 codes). It was a hot one, but we finished this project for a return customer yesterday! We actually, originally, installed about half of this fence at their other property. Before they sold that property, we pulled that portion of the fence out and installed it here. Then we were able to add the sections needed to finish the area.
