Mad Respect!
Climb to the top 1 rung at a time.
I started doing ground clean up. Day 3 my boss got me on the roof. I ripped. I cleaned. I prepped. I shinlged. I got manu certified time and time again. I learned local codes. I became a sub contractor and a business owner. Then a contractor and still do some subs. I became an influencer in the trade of roofing and sponsored by some leading companies in the industry. Now I'm still out here learning other roofing systems, business, marketing and sales. I keep a mind set that I will never reach the top of the ladder, but to just keep climbing!
