🔥 I THINK I JUST FOUND THE BEST CHICKEN I’VE EVER HAD. 🔥

If you’re ever in Roseville, CA, do yourself a favor and stop at Tandoori Nights. Hands down, this was some of the BEST chicken I have ever eaten. 🤯🔥

But what really blew me away wasn’t just the food—it was getting to see how they make it.

I asked the staff how they get that incredible char on the chicken, and instead of just telling me, they said:

“Come on, let us take you back and show you how we do it.”

🤯🤯🤯

They took me back to their tandoori oven, and I was absolutely floored when they opened the lid.

This thing is basically a giant green egg, cooking at nearly 900°F, fueled by charcoal and mesquite wood. The heat, the smell, the smoke… it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. 🔥🔥🔥

And the staff? Absolutely incredible. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to share what they do.

That kind of hospitality paired with food this good is hard to beat.
