This post is to describe the services we offer and their pricings. These are not final numbers unless specifically said so.
•A call out diagnostic, this is a service in which one of our techs will be sent out to your property to diagnose a specific issue, wether it be outlets not working, lights going berserk, etc. this fee is a $200 flat fee. Upon leaving, a detailed estimate of work required and material cost will be provided to solve the issue.
•A whole home diagnostic, this is a service in which multiple of our techs will be sent to your property to check every light fixture, outlet, switch, breaker, and all appliances to make sure everything is in order. This fee is a $600 flat fee. (This pricing is exclusive to residential properties and homes under 5000 sq ft) upon leaving, a detailed estimate of work required and material cost will be provided to solve the issue.
• General repair, this is a service in which one of our techs will be sent to your property to fix the issue that a previous estimate was sent for. In most cases, the tech will purchase all material and complete all work within the same day unless other issues arise.
•A rewire, this is a service in which one or multiple of our techs will be sent to your property to essentially rewire your entire home from your existing panel. This service should be expected to take multiple days.
In some cases our techs will need to cut out existing drywall to run wires, or drill holes in the existing structure. Included in the diagnostic estimate will be a description that provides areas where the walls will be damaged and we will provide recommended drywall, or repair companies to seal up the hole created.
