We've received feedback from some customers on our mailing list—whether for our monthly newsletter, pre-orders, or previous purchases—that they are not receiving emails from us. We understand that waiting for an important email that doesn't arrive can be frustrating, and we appreciate you reaching out to our team.
To help you get the information you need as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you check all possible places your email might have landed before contacting us.
Here’s a quick checklist:
- Check your spam/junk folder: Legitimate emails sometimes get sent there by mistake.
- Review your promotions folder: If you use Gmail, newsletters and other communications often appear under the Promotions tab.
- Search your inbox: A quick search for our company name or the email's subject line can often locate a message that was simply overlooked.
Please note that some of our communications may appear to come from our sister company, Rozelle Lawn & Landscape, as we utilize the same electronic messaging system across our operations.
