It’s the little details that give a home its personality.

As furniture and finishing touches come together throughout The Breckenridge Lodge, we’re finding something special around every corner.

Even the mudroom has its own little surprises. And these hooks? We couldn’t love them more!

Wallpaper is officially making its way into The Breckenridge Lodge, and this one is headed somewhere unexpected: the ceiling.

Often called the fifth wall, the ceiling is an opportunity to bring in another layer of pattern, texture, and personality. Watching this one take shape is such a satisfying part of the process.

Another detail, another layer, and another piece of The Breckenridge coming to life.

The pool is in, the water is in, and this space is officially coming to life.

So much work, craftsmanship and attention to detail has gone into getting it to this point, and now you can really start to imagine all the fun that will happen here.

Landscaping and outdoor furniture are next, and we can’t wait to see it all come together.

There’s a lot more fun ahead. ✨

A few sneak peek details taking shape at The Breckenridge Lodge, and we’re loving watching it all come together.

From custom lighting and sleek faucets to warm woods and thoughtful architectural details, these are just a few of the pieces beginning to give the spaces their warmth and character.

There is still so much to come, but seeing these details fall into place is pretty exciting.

We can’t wait to share more as The Breckenridge takes shape.

One day, this will be someone’s home.

There will be birthdays here. Holidays. Kids piling into the bunk room for sleepovers. Summer days spent in the pool. Dinners, celebrations, quiet mornings and all the little moments that make a house a home.

And that’s what makes watching The Breckenridge come together so exciting. There is so much happening behind the scenes before the rooms ever look finished, and we get to watch it all take shape.

The finishes are coming. Then the furnishings. Then all the little details that pull it all together.

The best is still to come. Follow along and watch it take shape.

The depth and movement in the stone, the richness of the wood grain, the way the materials play off one another...and this is before the lighting and fixtures are even installed.

Another beautiful space taking shape in this home.
