Hilton Head Island beach house small bathroom remodel... Gut the old 5.1/2’ X 6.1/2’ 1990’s bathroom & completely update with a smart circular corner shower & sliding glass panel doors, all new plumbing & wiring/LED lighting/fan’s, econo-flush toilet, low profile pedestal sink. This was a fun small space bathroom update, that makes for a much larger feel & thus effectively a lot more open space.

Another “Evolve” bathroom make over. Demolition of everything in the old 20’ X 18’ old master bathroom & then create a new walk-in “spa-room” shower 6’ X 7’. Plus an additional “his” closet, flooring, trim, LED lighting, fans & chandelier, plus all new finishes. Great fun project for a Hilton Head Island beach front home.

The renovation and subsequent remodeling of a typical 1600 sq.ft. - 60 year old midcentury home. This home was a foreclosure that had been neglected for 25 years or longer, everything was worn out and the windows where close to falling out from disrepair.

Remodeling of 30 year old home to update 2 bathrooms to wheelchair accessible, safety equipped modern shower rooms. Doorways widened for wheelchairs, new bedroom/closet constructed & completely redecorated through out.
