Mike and the Pickleballers 🦺

The Charlotte team, plus Mike and Jordan, brought enthusiasm and neon to the inaugural Crown Lighting Group Court Classic! 16 teams from area firms went head to head in support of local charities, and though our enthusiasm and style were unmatched, our playing didn't exactly bring home the trophy.

Congratulations to all the A&D firms that participated!

We had a great team for our fall trail cleanup! 🍂

Shoutout to all who helped out, but of course we know the real MVP of the day was Kora 🐾

For those who miss summer

It may be a bit early to miss summer, but we do miss the excitement at the new Wells Community Pool. Designed to feel fun, safe, and welcoming, the pool gives the people of Wells County a place to call their own. 💙

Inviting in the next generation

The Charlotte office recently welcomed the AIAS chapter from Central Piedmont Community College for a Lunch & Learn!

Students toured the office, met our team, asked questions, and learned more about the roles, disciplines, and career paths within the A/E industry, as well as the types of projects we take on. 🏗️

We're pre-gaming 😎

Before we officially celebrate 35 years, we took the party to Ruoff Mortgage Stadium for a tailgate with some of the people who helped us get here.

What a great 35 years it has been! So many memories. Even better people. And we’re just getting started.
