IMPORTANT COVID-19 MESSAGE FROM STRATAFLO PRODUCTS
TEMPORARY HOURS FROM 3/26 - 4/8

To all of our valued customers:
In response to the threat of COVID-19, Strataflo Products has been proactively taking the necessary steps to protect our employees and customers.
We have been and will continue to sanitize our facilities, to include production equipment, gauges, and tools. We will also maintain the proper personal sanitation of our employees, while following the guidelines put forth by the CDC to best protect everyone from COVID-19.
The State of Indiana has just enacted a stay-at-home order. As a direct supplier to the water well, oil and gas, food service and military segments, Strataflo Products is considered an ESSENTIAL business. With this said, we have made the decision to protect our employees and their families by sending them home from 3/26 to 4/8. During this time, we will have minimal staffing available from 11am - 3pm Eastern for customer service, technical questions and shipping.
At Strataflo, we maintain a very generous quantity of inventory to safeguard from scenarios like this, so there should not be a disruption in the availability of standard parts. We are in regular contact with our supply chain to assure that this stability will continue in the future. We can be thankful for a domestic supply chain that has already taken measures to protect themselves from this virus.
We understand that our products are very important to your supply chain and we are committed to meeting your needs and expectations. As this crisis is ever-changing, we promise to keep you informed of any changes that might impact the availability of product.
