This attic in Decatur, IN had to be completely cleaned out after a house fire. We got all of the old insulation removed and cleaned everything up so the HVAC crew can come in behind us and redo all of their work with a clean slate.

Next step: fresh insulation and getting this attic back in shape.

🌊 Full remediation on a gorgeous home right on Clear Lake in Fremont, Indiana!

Bats had gotten into the attic and made a mess of the original insulation, so we took it all out and gave this home a fresh start. 🦇

We removed the contaminated insulation and replaced it with clean, high-quality blown-in cellulose with a better R-value for improved energy efficiency and comfort.

A beautiful home deserves a perfect attic above it. 🏡💙

This attic was packed with insulation and it seemed like it NEVER stopped coming out! 😳

No problem for us. We completely vacated the old insulation, cleaned everything up, and reset this attic back to its beginnings.

Sometimes you just have to start fresh. 💪🏠
