Think about it: anything you put under contract today is likely closing in July, which means we’re officially staring down the second half of 2026.

If you’re at 40% of your annual goal right now, you’re actually on track. Historically, nearly 60% of real estate business happens in the second half of the year.
But if you’re not at 40% yet, you have two options:
