Slenderman: Sugar Free Black and Blueberry
The Collective: Sugar Free AND Seedless Mixed Berry
The Observer: Sugar Free Blackberry Jalepeno

La Llorona: Parsnips, Orange and lemon juice and Zest
Chupacabra: Tomatillo, Raisin, Jalepeno' and Lime Juice

AND we will be bringing some seasonal fan favorites Mustang Grape and Rambutan Raspberry.

We will have other flavors as well for you to sample and inevitably buy!!!

Tonight brought forth the manifestation of La Llarona in jam form. She is delicate and full of a flavor that just might bring tears to your eyes. She will most definitely make your taste buds want more.

Tonight this Mixed Berry beauty gets canned up and ready for sale!!! Not only is she sugar free but she's also SEEDLESS!!!!!

And let me tell you she's also DELICIOUS!!!!!

Since she is sugar free she will be under our Slederman collection and will be named The Collective!!!

This upcoming Mutant Bazaar August 5th is where she and others will be making their debut!!!!

We will also be giving out free items with your purchase so don't forget to stop by!!!!

Tonight we welcome Sugar Free Black and Blueberry aka Slenderman.

Sweetened with agave nectar means no artificial aftertaste.

This absolute delicious delight is not yet ready for purchase. Once canned it will be able to go. The canning process takes about an hour but then it has to sit for 24 hours.

Errands after work leave less time for jam making. I was able to get Carlton (nectarine and honey powder) made tonight and will be canned later.

Next on the list will be two sugar free jams. IF everything works out, all three should be canned and ready for new home by the end of the week!!!!!!

Such a beautifully productive weekend. Worked on two of the most deliciously time consuming items we offer.

Yee Haw Candy (candied jalepenos): three pounds of jalepenos to cut up, gather and measure the remaining ingredients, and then slowly cook.

Wild Mustang Grapes: about 5-ish pounds to go through one by one by one, make sure all stems are gone, wash and rinse around three times, THEN you smoosh it all in small amounts, and voila you've got juice!!!!! Then you make the jam.

AS OF NOW BOTH ARE CANNED AND ALL SEALED PERFECTLY!!!!!

July 11th we will be vending at the VFW located at 580 Cherry Lane from 10am-2pm with our amazing jams, spices, and extracts!!!!

Next to us will be DZ Sales with their candles and other swag!!!!

I cannot explain how satisfying it is when you are canning two batches of jam and they ALL seal!!!

Such a sigh of relief! I am also insanely thrilled with the electric water bath canner I purchased a couple of months ago.

The house doesn't get nearly as hot AND I'm able to can two batches at one time.

See the beautifully sealed cranberry pineapple AND pumpkin.

Still waiting for rambutans and prickly pears to come in to season.
