We are ramping up our Govee light season with our custom made 3-D brackets being printed tirelessly!
We use the brackets to secure each individual lightbulb into place with screws for a true permanent installation.

Popcorn popcorn popcorn 🍿 go away!!!
More progress updates on our Cascade project. We’ve officially started the second phase which is all of the first floor. Removing popcorn throughout floor. Then repair drywall with tape and mud, then texture it all up.
Much work to do, catch you on the flip side 🏃‍♂️ 🔨

Popcorn popcorn popcorn 🍿 go away!!!
More progress updates on our Cascade project. We’ve officially started the second phase which is all of the first floor. Removing popcorn throughout floor. Then repair drywall with tape and mud, then texture it all up.

Current progress in the “Cascade” project!
- Build back is starting in the master bath after extensive demo and repairs.
- all bedrooms had popcorn ceiling removed, new texture applied, walls patched up
- paint has been completed in ceilings, walls, trim and doors
- new baseboards have been installed and painted.

Up for today!
- Tile installation in master bath will start
- carpet in 3 out of 4 bedrooms will be installed
- furniture will have to be moved into new carpet bedrooms to make space to work in the other rooms

So much to do but it’s taking shape!

Current progress in the “Cascade” project!
- Build back is starting in the master bath after extensive demo and repairs.

- Foundation corner pop repaired this morning. ✅
- Parquet wood floor removed in two bedrooms to make way for new carpet install. ✅

Back to the basics.
- Foundation corner pop repaired this morning. ✅

We painted their whole house on the inside, so now it was time to paint their whole house on the outside!!
Done in a day and a half while also replacing trim and fascia boards as needed.

And so we embark on another total house renovation!
First phase is the second floor.
Gutting the master bathroom and removing popcorn ceiling in master bedroom and 3 additional bedrooms.
Today we got done with demo in bathroom and master bedroom.
Next week we’ll hit it hard and get the popcorn ceiling removed on entire second floor. Start build back in master bath, and texture ceilings.
