Can’t wait to see this bad boy finished out!

Framing is wrapping up on a new $7 million office building at 2401 S University Drive, near TCU between Park Hill Drive and Colonial Parkway. The 15,800-square-foot project, developed by COWTOWN 109, LLC and designed by local architecture firm Bennett Partners, was rezoned from residential to commercial in 2023. Other development partners include 2SP Partners, Kimley-Horn, Worth Engineering, Datum Engineers, Trindero Partners, RJM Contractors, Mopac Management, and Irsaneous Interiors.

The property had previously been occupied by a home and studio of Rhea-Engert Photography, which was demolished in 2015.
