THIS CEILING WAS ABOUT TO FALL!
Have you seen these lines on your ceiling? Check this out:

One of our clients called us out for some minor drywall repairs. In the process of working on the repairs, we noticed these lines on the ceiling. We immediately climbed the attic just to find out the drywall was hanging a whole inch off the ceiling joists. After getting the green light from our client, we initiated to remove the drywall when THE WHOLE CEILING FELL IN ONE PIECE! Our client was lucky we showed up when we did. Not only did we save the day, but we left a fantastic ceiling for our client to enjoy for years to come!
