It's so very nice when a customer takes time out of their day to say thanks. Here's an email we received today : ))

Faye and Steve,

I have been meaning to write a message to thank you for your kindness as we worked through our shower stall project. When we finally got the tile work done, and the two nice young men that came to re-hang the shower doors did so with the highest of quality and professionalism. They told us when they finished that there was no charge for that second service call. I certainly did not expect that to be the case, and fully expected to pay the charges incurred.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your generosity, and the kindness shown to us during this project. I'm happy to report it all works beautifully, and for now at least, my husband can once again utilize the shower in our home. Something like being able to take a shower gets taken for granted by most of us, and I can tell you my husband is very grateful that we were successful in getting this done for him.

Angels appear in your life sometimes when you least expect them. I'm happy to have found your company, and will be singing the praises of Econo Glass at every opportunity.
