Help us give a warm welcome to our newest hire, Mackenzie Stevens!

University of Arkansas alumna Mackenzie has joined the Quorum crew as an Architectural Intern on the Municipal Design team, helping with various civil infrastructure projects. She looks forward to taking on the unique design goals and challenges that come with this market sector.

Mackenzie developed a passion for both math and art from an early age, and quickly discovered that architecture offered the perfect opportunity to combine her two favorite subjects.

Progress Update! 🪏

The City of Denton, TX - City Hall broke ground on the new Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center after two years of planning and design. This marks a significant milestone, reflecting the City's remarkable growth and the rising demand for animal care and services.

This facility will feature the following:

🎯A modern, welcoming, and public-facing Adoption Center
🎯New adoptable indoor/outdoor kennels with improved play yard access
🎯An expanded stray, quarantine, and isolation areas
🎯An enhanced veterinary clinic with dedicated recovery space
🎯Improved operational efficiency to better serve animals and the community

We’re proud to announce Trevor’s recent promotion to shareholder at Quorum!

Since joining Quorum, Trevor has demonstrated continuous professional growth and increased contributions to Quorum’s long-term success, including managing two of the firm’s largest projects in its 34-year history. In his newly assumed role, he will help guide the firm’s strategic direction while continuing to contribute to projects as a valued member of our Municipal Design team.

We’re thrilled to welcome Trevor to the firm’s executive leadership team and can’t wait to watch him evolve as a shareholder.

Our Municipal team lit up the Mitten!
Trevor, Noelle, and David had the pleasure of touring the Landscape Forms manufacturing plant in Michigan, a company that specializes in outdoor lighting and furniture. With a strong focus on sustainability, Landscape Forms implements decarbonization strategies, resource conservation, and material selections that are safe for people and the planet.
They immersed themselves in their design process by taking a hands-on approach and creating a light fixture of their own!

The City of Mansfield’s new Animal Care and Control Center is officially open to the public, marking an exciting milestone for the community.

Our team attended the City of Mansfield, Texas Municipal Government’s public art unveiling and ribbon-cutting ceremony, celebrating the occasion with the community.

We’re honored to have partnered with the City of Mansfield to create a welcoming safe environment that will support animals, staff, and the community for years to come.

August is Family Fun Month, and we're celebrating the work anniversary of the gal who helps create unforgettable moments for families behind the scenes.

Architect Lyndsey Howarth marks her fifth anniversary at Quorum! As a member of the Retail and Entertainment Design team, Lyndsey helps bring thrilling attractions to life for clients like Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor. Most recently, she contributed to the record-breaking Tormenta Rampaging Run roller coaster and even dared to experience all six world records firsthand.

Exciting things are happening in Bartonville, TX! Our team recently attended the Lantana Districts groundbreaking with general contractor Reeder General Contractors, Inc. to commence the construction of the new Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 6 & 7 facility.

This new one-story administration building will house staff and management as well as serve as a community gathering center for board meetings.

We’re proud to be a part of this project milestone and look forward to what’s ahead!

Help give a grand welcome to our newest team member, Eylul Basak Cetinkanat! 🎹

A proud CAPPA at UT Arlington graduate and Türkiye native, Basak is a new member of our Municipal Design team. Having lived and studied in South Africa, Uganda, and New York before making Fort Worth home, she brings a global perspective and deep appreciation for purposeful design to projects serving communities across Texas.

Fun facts about Basak:
🎹 She's an award-winning graduate whose work as part of a student-led design-build team for Joppy Mommas Farm earned both the AIA Dallas Student Award and the Trinity Urban Design Award.
🎼 She enjoys sharpening her piano skills and makes scrumptious tahini cookies, an office favorite.

We're excited to have Basak on board and can't wait to see the impact she'll make.
