Looking for individuals with experience in at least some of these construction based trades such as: framing, Sheetrock, painting, carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring(tile, carpet, laminate), basic plumbing and electrical, etc.
*pay will be based on experience

Looking for people with experience in multiple different fields of construction and home remodeling such as: framing, hanging and floating drywall, texturing, painting, setting tile, etc. Qualified individuals(men or women)should be self starters that that can work on their own without needing their hand held. Your own tools and transportation would be preferred, but I’m willing to work with exceptionally qualified applicants. If you can’t get to work on time don’t apply. If you have a long list of excuses as to when and why you can’t work late or on weekends when required, don’t apply. Start date is ASAP. If you’re the type that likes to whine and complain about every little thing, don’t apply. A lot of work went into this one besides the fire pit, we also had to reroute the swimming pool’s overflow drain from draining into the side yard and into a new French drain to carry the excess water out to the curb not to mention we basically had to change the way the water flowed throughout the entire backyard😮‍💨🥵😎….we definitely had fun with this one. We also wanted to say thank you to the Sustek family, y’all were a pleasure to work for and we hope to see you on the next one!
