The organization I serve as an advisory board member for - CoAct North Texas - has a small footprint dedicated to serving the under-served communities in Fort Worth, but with this work comes an ambitious fund-raising goal this year, to get much-needed community initiatives funded for next year.

Their ultimate goal for fund-raising this Giving Day is $25,000, and they won't get there without some impact donors willing to help.

I will be making a significant donation towards this goal, and I hope you will consider making one as well.

Construction has wrapped up on a new commercial building at 465 S. Main Street in Near Southside, Fort Worth. The 3-story, 13,000 sq ft office and retail building contains multiple outdoor patios, including a large rooftop-style space on the 3rd floor. Australia-based City Cave Float & Wellness, a float therapy wellness spa, has announced it will open its first location in Texas in the building. 465 S. Main's project team consists of developer CHC Development, architect Urban Bobcat Architects, PC, and builder Fort Construction with leasing being handled by LanCarte Commercial.
