Lone Star Glass and Gutter We are a local, family owned-and-operated, window cleaning business! Business hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm, and Friday 9am to 3pm.

Cancellation Policy

At Lone Star Glass and Gutter, we understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients’ needs. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or rescheduling can significantly impact our team and operations. To ensure fairness for both our employees and our clients, we have the following policy in place:

24 Business Hours’ Notice Required – If y

ou need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 business hours’ notice before your scheduled time. Late Rescheduling or Cancellation – If a client reschedules or cancels less than 24 business hours before their appointment, or if the work could otherwise be performed as scheduled, a deposit will be required to hold a new date. The deposit is either $100.00 or 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater. This deposit is non-refundable, however the deposit will be applied to the total service cost on the day of your appointment. Why This Policy? This policy is not meant as a penalty but rather a way to protect the time and effort of our dedicated team and ensure we can continue providing quality service to all of our clients. Last-minute changes make it difficult for us to fill appointment slots, impacting both our employees and other customers who may be waiting for an opening. We appreciate your understanding.
