Finished up this kitchen floor and cabinet repair. A leaking dishwasher and 4 layers of flooring was the culprit on this project! We pulled out all the rotted base cabinets, pulled up all 4 layers of flooring, repaired the floor, treated and sealed other areas that had mold. We also replaced the plumbing, installed new LVP flooring, new base cabinets, new dishwasher and replaced a heat run that was half blocked by the old floor! Couldn’t have asked for better clients for this project! Thank you for choosing !

Brightened up this bathroom yesterday with some new flooring! The previous flooring was two sets of layover sub floors and linoleum that had become uneven and the second sub floor was just cut and laid around the vanity. We pulled out the old subfloor and installed new with some waterproof LVP making the flooring level and matching up to the carpet.

Some finishing touches on a doorway we opened up and made much bigger bringing in a lot more light and making the kitchen to dining room flow much better. This was a load bearing wall so we had to reframe and add more support to the entry way.

Insulation job we finished up a few weeks ago. Insulated a crawl space to help with the cold floors. We also had to brace some floor joists that had been cut by an HVAC crew making the floor sag.
Then we finished up hanging drywall in the garage an insulated the ceiling with 3HT panels and fiberglass insulation on top!
