I’ve been a little quiet on here lately—but that’s because I’ve been busy working! 🎨💪

I’ve completed a few projects recently that I haven’t had the chance to share photos of yet. Between staying on schedule and making sure every job is done right, posting sometimes takes a back seat.

I just wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about how I run my business.

I’m a one-man operation. From estimates, to prep work, to the final coat—I handle it all myself. I take a lot of pride in that, because it means every job gets my full attention and care from start to finish.

That said, it also means my schedule can fill up quickly, and some projects may take a little longer as than larger crews. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to timeframes, communication, and scheduling.

My goal is always quality over quantity, and making sure every customer is happy with the final result.

Sunday bathroom project complete ✔️🎨

This was a full bathroom refresh — my part included painting the ceiling, walls, and trim — I was able to complete this in just one day.

The contractor handled all major prep work on this (priming, caulking, etc.), which set the stage for a smooth and efficient paint process. From there, I ensured proper surface prep by thoroughly scuffing/sanding all areas prior to painting, as well as between coats — a key step for achieving a durable, professional finish.

No tape was used on this project — all lines were cut in by hand for a clean, precise result.

Quality prep, attention to detail, and efficient turnaround are what make the difference.

Fellow homeowners & property managers 👇

Mold doesn’t just look bad — it needs to be treated the right way or it’ll come right back.

For this tub, I:
✔️ Treated the affected areas with bleach
✔️ Sanded to remove surface contamination
✔️ Sealed everything with Zinsser Cover Stain Oil-Based Primer Spray (fast-drying and locks it down)
✔️ Finished with fresh caulk & mold/mildew resistant paint

Now it looks brand new again 🤠

If you’ve got staining, mold spots, or problem areas showing through your paint — don’t just paint over it. Fix it right the first time.
