This water well pump service truck was built with you in mind!

It’s job is to minimize downtime and maximize access to your well pump system.

Last February, when we received record snowfall here in the ArkLaTex, was a fun time for a lot of folks. Not so much for our customers that needed us. We couldn’t navigate the roads to help our customers that needed us the most. We had elderly customers, families with small children, and farmers with livestock call in a panic needing our service.
Over 200 throughout that week!

It was tough for us, as service providers of such an important resource, to not be able to help when you guys needed us most.

We immediately went to work on making sure that never happens again, and this truck is the result.

We’ve accessed water wells in farm fields on rainy days, minimized/eliminated ruts on manicured lawns (wider tires = less ground pressure), and increased our chances of getting the job completed on the first service visit by having what we need. This is our new stainless steel pump system. It is capable of handling almost anything a homeowner can throw at it & look great while doing so for years to come.

The new Essential Series VFD does an amazing job at controlling water pressure. It works much like cruise control on a vehicle, it controls motor speed based on demand to maintain optimal water pressure at all times. It also protects the motor from electrical shorts, voltage issues, and water leaks. All that in this compact package.

The pump is a 1hp 10gpm & the tank is a 4.5 gal Flow-thru stainless steel tank.

Here’s a constant pressure irrigation system we recently did. The heart of the system is a 2HP 3 Phase motor turning a 20 GPM stainless steel pump. The VFD is field repairable and incredibly user friendly. The challenger pressure tank is one of the best in the industry. This customer didn’t want to see the well from his driveway, so we used some iron ore rocks from his yard and built a small privacy wall. With this system we see optimal water pressure at all times regardless of demand, a slew of motor protection, leak detection, and a more efficient motor. All of this results in a better system, more peace of mind, and less potential problems.

Tripping 780’ of pipe and setting casing on a poultry farm well in Emmet, AR. The well has a specific capacity of .375 gpm/ft with 450’ of available drawdown. It will do great for 40 gpm. We’re going to install a Goulds 45gpm 7.5 HP pump to take care of the thirsty chickens.
