IMPORTANT facts to know about the majority (BUT NOT ALL) of paver sealing companies in AZ:

-Most contractors in the Valley are UNLICENSED

-Cheap water-based sealers that are quick to fail, more prone to issues, harder to correct/treat and don't always properly harden sand that's installed, are what's commonly used

-Many offer a penetrating sealer and/or high-gloss sealer as alternative options, which is NOT recommend

-The typical charge for a semi-gloss sealer, the best choice for your pavers, runs around $3 per square foot
