This community replaced outdated, inefficient boiler systems with a modern high efficiency tankless solution designed for performance, redundancy, and long term savings.
Our team converted 9 aging boilers into 45 networked high efficiency tankless water heaters, delivering over 30 percent gas savings while eliminating costly maintenance and downtime risks. We also installed advanced variable speed recirculation pumps to further improve efficiency, monitoring, and system control.
The biggest impact came from rebates. Hot Swap’s dedicated rebate team secured utility incentives, covering approximately 90 percent of the total project cost.
