It’s into our 3rd week into the Lafayette commercial project.

We removed 1400 sq feet of glue down carpet.

Patch several several drywall holes.

Got the computer cables and power feeds cleaned up and hidden to give a better office look.

Got the two smaller rooms painted the new gray color plus hallway.

1 conference room has its Ceiling painted its first coat.

2 conference room started trimming around things.

Hopefully get more painting done this weekend.

Bathroom project is complete and now onto a commercial project in Lafayette.

Going to touch up walls in 2 conference rooms, 2 offices. New ceiling and wall paint plus 1600 sq ft of flooring.

It has been forever since we updated our facebook/project ref bathroom project in Kentland.

New vanity, sink top, new toilet, new solid surface shower walls plus fixtures

Added electrical outlets above sink, insulated walls for warmth and sound proofing.
New flooring and a new door, trim and paint

Had a slight delay with the passing of our drywaller/painter Tom Anderson,unexpectedly!! He will be missed, he was a good guy.

Homeowner was extremely understanding and we found another finisher to compete that part of the project.

Finished this morning!!

Moving to south of Fowler for another bathroom remodel.

Three and a half days into our Kentland bathroom project.

Tore out old plaster walls, ceiling and cast iron tub.

Removed 4 layers of old flooring over flooring.

Insulated walls, updated electrical w two more plug ins.

Framed for a new recessed medicine cabinet.

New 5 ft walk in shower ( base installed)

More to come next week.

This afternoon we picked up supplies for a new bathroom project we are starting in Kentland next week, plus meet w two customers one for an office remodel in Lafayette and a complete kitchen remodel in otterbein area.

Like everyone knows it was stupid hot today, but we got a good start rebuilding the deck.

Installed vinyl lattice for looks and to keep critters from getting under the deck. Re-enforced a section for a grill to sit on. Installed bracing for the new maintenance free deck boards.

Got almost 2/3rds of it done.

Yesterday day we delivered, scooped and laid down 26 yards of mulch plus re-graveled a driveway in Fowler, (during the late afternoon shower).

Today we installed new wood around two storm doors and installed a new one

Plus we to out an old leaking French door for a new slider door on a private tri-level bedroom deck w maintenance free pvc trim boards.
