White Pond (Lancaster, MA)
To enjoy the view of White Pond Lake and provide better leisure hours with family and friends, this project consists of extending the external deck by 430 square feet. It was proposed to use Trex railings and wood flooring on the deck. In addition, a 170sf sauna with a whirlpool bath was added at the front of the building. A 2D project was executed, including a floor plan, framing plan, elevations, and details for the permit application.

Grant St (Framingham,MA)
The main objective of this project is to meet the needs of the client, who frequently uses the outdoor area for leisure as well as work. In this way, a half bath was added for common use, and the existing deck was extended, adding 100 square feet to the property, and adding value to the residence in terms of home improvements. Decking made of composite material was used to finish the new area, which made it more durable. A floor plan, structural sections, deck details, and elevations were included in the set. Permits were applied for using the same project.

Canterbury Hill Rd (Acton, MA)
Through the addition of a 320 sq ft sunroom, integrated into a new deck with a composite floor and PVC trim, the residence has been extended, adding value in terms of home improvement and additional living space for comfort and enjoyment. The set included a floor plan, structural drawings, roof plans, detailing, and elevations. The project was used to conduct the permit process and the construction.

South St (Boston, MA)

In this project, the double exterior deck was revitalized to add new life to the property. The composite decking and railings from the RDI Titan line provide more security and assurance for our products. We reinforced the original structure, and we kept the deck design as it is a part of the home's identity. This project was used to apply for permits in the city and included a facade, floor plan, and details.

Swan Cr ( Shrewsbury, MA)

A porch always adds value to a property in terms of home improvement, but the expanded area proposed in the project will provide the residents a unique way to enjoy their property. Swan's new 240 sq ft porch was designed following a traditional visual, structure, and finish, adding new charm to the house. The floor plan, structural, roof, section, detailing, and elevation was included in the set. A permit application and construction were conducted throughout the project.

Bridle Ridge Dr (Grafton, MA)

The project proposed a 540 sq ft pool with hydro massage coupled to one side of the pool as a common leisure area for families. An additional 350 square foot gazebo with a Brazilian grill and central bench adds even more value to the outdoor area. As a complement to the idea of warmth proposed in the project, a fire pitch is positioned at the side of the gazebo. The entire project’s concept increases value in terms of home improvement. The set consists of 2d and 3d, as well as the 2d that refers to the city permit application.
