I hope you are doing well. There is still much to do to get through this pandemic, but it feels more hopeful. Hopeful that soon, we will be able to invite friends and family to enjoy the welcome of our homes. Hopeful that we will soon be able to be away from home long enough to miss the comfort it offers.
I am hopeful that if you need my help in renewing or refreshing your home, I will actually be able to sit at your table to discuss it. (Even if it means donning something other than sweatpants.)

For all of us, life has been changed by this crisis. For my business, things will need to change too. Some things won't change.

We will be adding safety protocols: masks, gloves, and distancing. This will change how the job site looks and may change how we schedule a job. It will not change the quality of workmanship or our commitment to a steady work flow.

We will be limiting site visits for design and supervision. We will be using remote options to resolve site issues and answer questions. It will not change our commitment to helping our clients navigate the process from start to finish.

I will remain the contact person for clients. Again, this will be done remotely in a way that is comfortable for our clients. The physical distance will not change the personal attention I give our clients.

I look forward to continuing to help clients keep their homes working for their lives. As we have for thirty-five years. (just a little different)

I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. I look forward to the day when I can help you adjust to a changed daily routine. As things evolve I am thinking about what form that help might take.
