I haven’t posted in awhile been busy but I’m gonna be dropping a few post coming up of a house we are remodeling and it’s getting a nice face lift I must say so myself here’s a little of what’s started and there’s a lot to come. This is pic of master suite we took out a closet and load bearing wall between what was 2 separate bedrooms now they are joined together put in some beams drop the ceiling wrapped it with wood framed in a toilet room a 5’ x 4’ shower base and walk in closet getting ready to finish dropping in some led recessed lighting throughout heated tile flooring in the bathroom area and tile is going to meet the hardwood of there bedroom it’s gonna be a nice Master Suite 🙏💪😊

JBM has been converting this 2 car garage into a bedroom with mud room so now there they can accommodate the In-laws much more easier. JBM is leading the way as we are turning a 2 bedroom home into a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath . So much wasted space in the basement just collecting dust and cobwebs now with the walls getting framed won’t be long before this client and family have a spacious large family home.

If you have tile popping up in bathroom are kitchen let JBM come out and observe the damage don’t wait because it mite seem to be just not enough thin set on the tile bed are something simple . Please don’t snore 😴 on your floor because the could leave your wallet sore.
