Great review from Susan... "If I had more stars to click, I would! I locked my keys in my car on a car camping trip. Oops! No sleep for me until that car is unlocked! It was 10 pm on a Friday night, and we were in a campground.. We called Under Lock and Key, and the gentleman explained he was doing something at the time, but he would head our way in about 30 mins. It was about 1 1/2 hours before he got there because we were over an hour away from Franklin. Once he arrived, he went to work. He was pleasant and chatted with us while he worked. I'd never seen anyone "pick" the lock instead of going through the window, so it was very interesting to me. I wish every locksmith I've ever worked with was as courteous and friendly! I would recommend this company to anyone 10 times over!!!"
