Guys, please make sure you leave faucets dripping and heat on in this cold to prevent pipes from bursting! If you realize you don’t have running water, your pipes are probably frozen and it’s incredibly important to monitor them closely for leaks or bursts. What a beautiful deck we just finished in Franklin! Our client started with an old wooden deck that was rotten to the point of falling through, and we came in and installed all new framing, TimberTech composite decking, a clean new railing, new screens, and even removed a wall to make the deck feel more open and spacious. They plan to install a retractable screen later on to give them the option to close off the screen in porch when they want.
