Excited about the progress of a new project Lambe + Associates, LLC is blessed to be working on - a new double hangar and office building for the Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport.

New consolidated Public Works Facility for the City of Franklin, TN. Over 50,000 square feet of useable space with room to grow on the 12-acre complex.

One of the most unique ribbon cutting ceremonies I've had for one my projects; Franklin Mayor Ken Moore at the controls of a Bobcat backhoe for the opening of the new Public Works Facility for the City of Franklin. This project expanded and converted the former 84 Lumber site on Columbia Avenue to consolidate the PW departments - with room to grow!

Just finished design of a new facility for My Friend's House, a great local organization committed to helping young men of today reach their full potential.

My Friend’s House Family and Children Services, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation chartered in 1982. My Friend’s House began its operation in 1988 and is a group home for boys operated by Williamson County Youth, Inc.

So what do you do with a big-box, ex-Circuit City building that's been sitting vacant for almost 3 years? Lambe + Associates, LLC recently completed renovation of the building for Cross Point Community Church in Nashville.
